I’d also suggest keeping an eye on room service. ordering breakfast and finding it uncollected can be frustrating, even if it’s eventually sorted out.

Had a really rough time at this place. The reception staff was rude and made me feel super uncomfortable, especially during a tough personal situation. The duty manager was great though, and apologized for the ordeal. Room was decent but bad customer service really ruined my experience. Breakfast was okay, at least. Too bad about the staff.

The cleanliness of common areas was inconsistent, and I found noise disturbances from events at times.
