The Executive Double Room offers ample space and comfortable furnishings, perfect for unwinding after a long journey. The inclusion of amenities like a mini fridge and Nespresso machine really enhances the experience.
Parking presents a challenge. if you can’t snag a space outside, you’re directed to a multistory lot that isn’t ideal. The bar closes pretty early, which means if you're hoping for a late-night drink, you’d better order from Uber Eats, as the limited after-hours menu isn’t exactly appetizing. I’d also suggest keeping an eye on room service. ordering breakfast and finding it uncollected can be frustrating, even if it’s eventually sorted out.

Uncomfortable stay, but the duty mgr was nice
Had a really rough time at this place. The reception staff was rude and made me feel super uncomfortable, especially during a tough personal situation. The duty manager was great though, and apologized for the ordeal. Room was decent but bad customer service really ruined my experience. Breakfast was okay, at least. Too bad about the staff.

Modern and sophisticated room designs, surrounding parkland for outdoor activities, attentive details in amenities
Signage could use a thorough revamp for clarity!!! Spending time trying to navigate between building signs and car parks gets old quickly, and the lack of explanation about check-in procedures is frustrating!!!

The stay was quite enjoyable, primarily due to the clean and spacious room. Breakfast was delightful, with a solid variety of options including gluten-free choices. The location was perfect for visiting nearby attractions and the atmosphere was generally pleasant. However, there was some noise from the corridor at night, which could be improved for a better experience.

I enjoyed my stay at Edgbaston Park Hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. The decorative wall coat hooks added a nice touch. Had a delicious steak at the restaurant. it was perfectly cooked. Also tried the fish pie, which was full of flavor. The breakfast had a great variety, including smoked salmon and gluten-free bread, and staff were really attentive, ensuring plenty of hot food was available. Found the air conditioning quiet at night, and the shower was powerful with hot water. the parking situation required entering a registration number at check-in, which could be confusing if you forget. During my stay, I noticed the restaurant could be disorganized when busy – received my food 40 minutes late once. The rooms could use refrigerators for cold drinks. The cleanliness of common areas was inconsistent, and I found noise disturbances from events at times. Despite a few hiccups, the positive aspects made the experience worthwhile, and I’d consider returning for the convenience and quality service.
